Our Founder, Nikki Nunnari

With five decades of entrepreneurship under her belt, Nikki Nunnari leads a team of highly experienced and respected business professionals. When faced with a challenging health diagnosis, Nikki's indomitable spirit led her to explore the world of eCommerce. Unable to continue delivering services physically, she ventured into online retail, determined to keep working and innovating.

Our Journey

Nikki's eCommerce journey began with the launch of The North Pole Shoppe, inspired by her daughter's involvement in pole fitness. Starting with footwear, she soon expanded to include pole fitness equipment, which led to the creation of Lupit Pole Australia. When a customer needed a quick fix for her competition boots, Nikki discovered Tear Aid, a versatile product she loved so much that when the importer suggested she take over importation and delivery in her region, and the exporter approved, she eagerly accepted. This led to the creation of Tear Aid Australia, which is now a registered trademark along with The North Pole Shoppe.
