With five decades of entrepreneurial grit behind her, Nikki leads a team of seasoned professionals who know how to get things done—and done right. When a health diagnosis made physical service delivery impossible, Nikki didn't slow down. She pivoted to eCommerce with the same fire that's defined her career, proving that innovation doesn't retire. 

How It All Started

• The North Pole Shoppe was born from Nikki's daughter's passion for pole fitness. What began with footwear grew into a full suite of pole fitness gear, sparking the launch of Lupit Pole Australia. 

• A customer's boot emergency led Nikki to discover Tear Aid—a product so versatile and effective, she took over its importation and delivery across the region. TearAid Australia is now a registered trademark, alongside The North Pole Shoppe.

• Any Port Freight Service: Moving More Than Just Goods—from container modifications to global relocations, APFS is your go-to for practical logistics with a personal touch. Whether you're converting a container into a mobile office, relocating across continents, or just need reliable freight solutions, Michael and his team work tirelessly to make it happen—efficiently, ethically, and with a bit of local flair.
